Elevate Insurance Academy ("we," "us," "our") provides mock examination and test-preparation services for insurance broking and other insurance-sector certification exams in India. These Terms govern your use of our website and services.
We are an independent exam-preparation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the National Insurance Academy (NIA) Pune, the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI), or any official examination or licensing body. Our mock tests are prepared based on publicly available syllabi and are intended for practice purposes only. They do not guarantee success in any official examination.

We offer a limited free trial of sample questions. Full access to mock examinations requires payment as described at the time of purchase. Paid access is granted for the specific duration stated at purchase (e.g., 24 hours) and does not renew automatically unless explicitly stated.
All payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's applicable terms in addition to ours.
While we take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of mock exam content, we do not guarantee that all questions, answers, or explanations are error-free or fully aligned with the current official syllabus or regulations, which may change over time. Users should verify critical information against official sources before relying on it for examination purposes.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share our question content without written permission. You may not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
