When you register, we collect your email address and password (securely hashed, never stored in plain text). When you use our mock exams, we store your answers, scores, and attempt history to power features like your dashboard. We do not collect payment card details directly — these are handled entirely by Razorpay.
We use your information to provide the service (authentication, tracking your exam attempts and progress), process payments, communicate with you about your account, and improve our question content and platform over time.
Your data is stored using Supabase, a third-party database provider, with industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
We use Razorpay for payment processing and Supabase for data storage and authentication. These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@elevateinsuranceacademy.com. We will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe.
We use essential cookies/local session tokens required for login functionality. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email where appropriate.
